Extra Virgin avocado oil has a bold flavor and a deep green color and can be enjoyed as a salad dressing, finishing oil, or for cooking only using low to medium heat. Like extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed avocado oil is unrefined and so retains the flavor and color characteristics of the fruit flesh. As an extra virgin variety, this oil contains the highest amounts of beta-sitosterol and vitamin E found in any avocado oil product.
Ways to use extra virgin avocado oil:

- Use it instead of extra virgin olive oil.

Keep in mind that because of its green color it may add a green tint to the foods you add it to.
